DEAR CUSTOMERS,

KINDLY BE INFORMED THAT EFFECTIVE 12TH FEBRUARY 2014 WE HAVE CLOSED OUR RESTAURANT BUSINESS AT SHAFTSBURY SQUARE AND WE WILL RELOCATE TO CRESCENT 1 (POOL SIDE AREA) WHICH IS OPPOSITE OF MMU. 

OUR DELIVERY SERVICE WILL RESUME NOT LATER THAN 26TH FEBRUARY 2014 AND FOR DINE-IN WILL RESUME SLIGHTLY LATER AS RENOVATION WORK IS IN PROGRESS.

SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED AND PLEASE FOLLOW OUR BLOG FOR THE LATEST UPDATES.

  1. Seems like if the guy who answers the phone answers the phone call everytime I make a delivery, something is bound to go wrong. Like, I've ordered A, but B came. I ordered 1 set of A, but 2 sets of B arrived.

    Makes me wonder if the guy who answers the phone is either stupid or idiotic or doesn't speak human language.

    Btw, it wasn't just once or twice this has happened. I can't take it anymore. Please fire him.

  2. We understand your frustration, this situation may arise due to several reasons:

    1.The guy taking the order may have misunderstood the order given due to miscommunication as he would follow exactly what is written in the menu whereas the customer may have used their own word eg some customers ordered Fries but they would received Sprite and vice versa so it's purely miscommunication.
    2. On our part also miscommunication happens between the guy taking the order and the kitchen (cook), the cook may have cooked a different food and not as written in the bill.

    We are aware there's weakness in the system and it also happens to other customers as well but the percentage of error is negligible. We are however not taking this issue for granted as it caused great frustration to our customers and will attend to it.

  3. hi i ordered food around 60 minutes ago, i called and i was told it will be there in a bit.. i call back after 20 more minutes and your phone is off..

  4. We believe you did received the order after the phone was off as we had to shut-off the phone or we would continue to receive orders and will end up closing at 6am or 7am instead of 4am. Yesterday 4th Nov there was an unusual heavy orders from 10pm right to 4.30am non-stop and it resulted in some cancellations due to late deliveries, our apologies to affected customers.

  5. i would like to make a very serious complain here! first of all how many times do i need to text you to get a reply? i texted so many times till i even said even a simple reply would be appreciated but still nothing. and the worst part is ur phone was not off! then u put ur working hours as 12pm-4am but when i text u at 8pm ur phone is off! what kind of business are you running? it is so unprofessional! even if your food is nice but the behaviour of all the workers are like this you might as well close down because it is unacceptable. is it so difficult to leave a simple notice on ur website if you are closing? i am seriously dissatisfied and down right angry with the level of service!

  7. Im ur regular customer since 2008, now i wanna order like usual.. but RM2 for delivery charges for me a bit expensive.. i live in Domain only.. hu..

      We have relocated to Shaftsbury Square so our location is quite central in Cyberjaya and it's rather fair that we charge 2.00 for the delivery as petrol cost and bikes maintenance cost is very high for us to bear, we in fact wanted to raise up the minimum order to 10.00 to reduce cost and maintain delivery speed but on second thought there might be customers who only wants a pack of fried rice and a drink, we are therefore forced to maintain the old minimum order as you all have been supporting us since 2007. We hope you can bear with us and continue to get your support.

      Due to many request from customers for us to reduce the delivery charge we are glad to inform that effective February 13th, 2013 our delivery charge through out Cyberjaya shall be only at RM1.00 flat.

  8. Why is there a "Beer Garden" ? Do you know by catering for this small portion of the population you lost a lot of customers.
    I am one customer who will never place another order again. Not only this, a friend just saw this post and he said the same.

    1. Fo your kind information the beer garden does not belong to us, it is being operated independently by a Chinese operator outside of snack haus restaurant (out-door parcel), inside our restaurant is "strictly no alcohol served" as we are Muslims.
